- Šibenik: 66. Međunarodni dječji festival (MDF66th International children’s festival Šibenik – Croatia (two weeks in June):
Od 13. do 27. lipnja 2026. Grad postaje velika pozornica za djecu s bogatim glazbeno-scenskim programom.Program se odvija na Tvrđavi sv. Mihovila, Tvrđavi Barone i gradskim trgovima poput Poljane. Festival nudi edukaciju za mlade plesače i cjelovečernje scenske programe renomiranih umjetnika.
Šibenik Dance Festival (SDF): The 15th anniversary edition will take place from July 13 to July 18, 2026.
The program takes place at St. Michael’s Fortress, Barone Fortress, and city squares such as Poljana. The festival also offers educational programs for young dancers and full-length performances by renowned artists.

Main events and programs
- American Summer English Camp “Blue Butterfly”: From July 12 to July 26, 2026. The camp is designed for children and young people (Classic program) and offers language learning in a historic fortress setting, with accommodation on campus.
- Summer STEM Camp “RASTEM”: Planned for late August 2026. The camp is free for children from Šibenik and focuses on exploration, teamwork, and hands-on outdoor activities.
- Educational Campus Activities: Throughout the season, the campus hosts various groups, including workshops on sustainable heritage (the GIFTSnet project) and meetings of professional services such as the HGSS (Croatian Mountain Rescue Service).
- Šibenik City Day (Feast of St. Michael): At the end of September (September 28–29), special programs and open days are regularly held at all Šibenik fortresses, including St. John’s Fortress.

- “Zvijezda” Viewpoint: The top of the fortress offering one of the most beautiful views of the city and the channel.
- Café bar and souvenir shop: Located at the very top in a former powder magazine, they are open to visitors during the summer months.
- Guided tours: During the summer, occasional interpretive walks and tours are organized along the ramparts of Šibenik’s largest fortress.
The concert season at St. Michael’s Fortress in 2026 hosts some of the biggest names on the international and local music scene:
- Robert Plant (with the project Saving Grace): June 20, 2026 at 9:00 PM.
- Joss Stone: July 15, 2026 at 9:00 PM, as part of the “Soul In Full Bloom” tour.
- Thievery Corporation: July 23, 2026 at 9:00 PM, as part of their 30th anniversary tour.
- Chet Faker: July 28, 2026 at 9:00 PM.
- Wilco: September 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM, led by Jeff Tweedy.
- Luky: June 5, 2026 at 9:00 PM.
- ŠPD Kolo and the Croatian Navy Orchestra: June 19, 2026 at 9:00 PM.
At the Martinska location, festivals of alternative and contemporary music are held:
- Sea Sound Festival: July 16–19, 2026, celebrating sound system culture.
- Preach The RIČ Festival: The fourth edition of the hip-hop festival takes place on August 7–8, 2026.
- SHIP Festival: A showcase festival and music conference from September 10 to 13, 2026.
