Our story
We are Ivana & Zoran, parents of two children who, in 2022, decided to create something that truly brings us joy — opening the doors of our home and sharing its warmth with people from all over the world. We live in a peaceful part of Šibenik, in a neighborhood that feels slower, calmer, and more relaxed than the city center, yet still close enough to explore everything on foot.
From day one, our goal was to create a place where you feel like you’ve arrived at a friend’s home, rather than just another anonymous stay. Whether you’re staying for just one night while passing through, a few days for business or leisure, or up to thirty days to fully embrace the rhythm of the city and live like a local — you’re always welcome here. Every stay is special to us, and every guest brings a new story, a new experience, and a joy we truly appreciate.
Gardening is a part of our everyday life and something we truly enjoy. Our garden is filled with aromatic herbs like lavender and rosemary, lemon trees, and colorful flowers that attract bees and butterflies. If you wish, you can learn a bit about local plants or simply relax and enjoy the greenery we’ve lovingly created. We believe the true spirit of Dalmatia is best experienced through these simple, peaceful moments.

A modern and functional bathroom offers everything you need to relax after a day spent exploring Šibenik. A spacious bathtub, a bright and well-kept interior, and carefully chosen details create a sense of cleanliness and comfort.

Our terrace is the place guests remember most. We designed it as a small corner of peace — perfect for starting your morning, enjoying breakfast outdoors, or unwinding in the evening with a book, a glass of wine, a light dinner, or simply gazing at the stars. Here, the day gently begins and slowly winds down, while the scents of herbs from our garden create an atmosphere that relaxes and recharges you.

One of the things we are especially proud of is the private parking we provide, as we know how much it matters when you’re traveling. Leave your car safely parked and forget about it. From here, everything is within walking distance — the historic old town, St. Michael’s Fortress, St. John’s Fortress, Barone Fortress, the waterfront, restaurants, concerts, and evening seaside strolls. After a night out or a romantic dinner, there’s no need to worry about driving — simply enjoy a relaxed walk back home through the charming streets of the city or along the seaside promenade.
